PhotoTrackly is in development. Registration records your interest; it does not create an account or guarantee access.

What the registration form collects

We collect your work email and company, your consent, and the submission time. The fuller form lets you optionally share your name, role, country, approximate monthly property-job volume, and a description of your workflow challenge. Please do not include private client information in your description.

How the information is used

The information is used to understand property media workflows, inform first-release priorities, and contact you about PhotoTrackly and early access. Registration is free and does not require payment details or a mandatory sales call. Registration data is not used as advertising-audience data or sent to Google Analytics.

Storage and access

Registrations are saved in a private Google Sheet in Google Drive, not in your browser. Google and our hosting provider process the information to operate the form. The public site has no endpoint for reading the lead list. Access to the Sheet is limited to authorized operators and the configured submission script. New registration details are also sent by email to the PhotoTrackly operator for follow-up; Google processes those notifications. No automated email is sent to you by the registration form.

To limit repeated submissions, the server uses a keyed, one-way representation of the submitting connection’s IP address in a short-lived Google script cache. It does not put the raw IP address in the lead record. Hosting providers may independently retain security and request logs.

Removing your registration

After a successful registration, you receive a private removal link and can save it in a confirmation file. Keep that link: it lets you withdraw consent and remove the associated record from the active Google Sheet without an account. Merely visiting the link does not remove anything; you confirm the action on that page.

We retain registrations while managing pre-launch interest unless they are removed. Owner notification emails, Google Sheet revision history, exports, provider backups, and security logs may follow separate retention schedules. A removal link applies to its own registration; separately submitted registrations have separate links.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. The site measures page views, early-access button clicks, form starts, confirmed registrations, errors, sample-stage changes and opened FAQs. The site’s custom events do not include form values, free-text descriptions, email addresses, or private removal tokens.

Your choice is stored in your browser. Use “Cookie settings” in the homepage footer to change it. Declining analytics does not prevent registration or use of the sample controls. The registration-removal page does not load analytics.
